about us

Blueprint is a joint venture between East Midlands Development Agency (emda), English Partnerships and Morley's igloo Regeneration Fund.

This partnership blends a powerful mix of influence, skills
and resources from the public sector with cash and expertise from the private sector.

   In detail

Operating within a commercial framework, Blueprint is delivering innovative property-led regeneration for the region’s stakeholders and communities.

Blueprint is pouring in public sector influence alongside private sector expertise and investment to deliver regeneration in an innovative way – a commitment to benefiting communities, making places, not filling spaces.

Committed to the long term, Blueprint believes a project should not only succeed commercially but that it should make a demonstrable difference for a community.  Blueprint helps to deliver the economic and social regeneration objectives of emda and English Partnerships.

   East Midlands Development Agency

East Midlands Development Agency (emda) is one of nine Regional Development Agencies in England, set up in 1999 to bring a regional focus to economic development. Their primary goal is to increase the economic growth of the region while reducing disparities between the East Midlands and other English regions.

emda’s vision is that by 2020 the East Midlands will be a flourishing region. A region made up of growing and innovative businesses. A region where skilled people are employed in good quality jobs. A region where we all feel part of healthy, inclusive communities and live in thriving, attractive places.

One way of doing this is through sustainable development – emda has cohesive transport, environmental and regeneration strategies to strengthen the economy and revitalise communities across the region and is recognising these through its work with blueprint.
