Nottingham Science Park Tenant doubles size
of research facility.Giant Chinese carmaker Changan is following in the footsteps of fellow tenant, 4energy, and already expanding the size of its research and development operation at No.1 Nottingham Science Park, now planning to create up to 175 new jobs over the next few years. The company first moved into 5000 sq ft at our sustainable business park building in July, and is now taking another 5,000 sq ft in a suite overlooking University Boulevard.
Occupation at No.1 NSP is over 80 per cent, after six lettings in 12 months. Low running costs and a string of high profile design and sustainability awards add to benefits such as super fast broadband and PR support to make it a compelling package for ambitious, growing businesses.
