Sadler Square Historic properties refurbished in the Cathedral Quarter.

We’re giving some TLC to historic properties in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter. Major renovations to restore and preserve are being made to 18 and 19 Sadler Gate and Simpson’s House on St Mary’s Gate, which are located in a conservation area of the city. Rotunda Construction are working hard for us to carry out the work using traditional methods and techniques to repair sash windows, lead work, stone work and lime rendering. Derby City Council and English Heritage are our partners in the work and are helping us with funding.
