Nottingham: No.1 Nottingham Science ParkNo.1 Nottingham Science Park had a fantastic 2011, with three of its biggest tenants doing so well that they needed to expand - creating more jobs, and taking more space in the building.
Chinese carmaker Changan doubled the size of its research facility, and announced plans to create up to 175 new jobs over the next few years. Digital creative agency Oe:gen also opted for more space, and Chinook Sciences expanded their operation in the building by over 30% and announced plans to take on another 20 employees.
With the building now almost fully occupied, we are beginning to look at ideas for the development land on the Park.
