No.1 Nottingham Science Park has been recognised by the UK Science Parks Association (UKSPA) at its 25th Anniversary Awards, winning the prize for Innovative Design of a Building that Demonstrates Environmental Sustainability.

Green light for sustainable living at Green Street

Blueprint has received planning consent for a £6 million green housing scheme in Nottingham. Green Street will comprise around 38 low-energy, family homes with a range of sustainable features near to the Victoria Embankment in The Meadows.

The plans – which received unanimous approval at planning committee and a commendation for quality - feature high quality design, three and four-bedroom homes and a new road through to the nearby riverside park and gardens.
