Pete is responsible for projects in Leicester and Nottingham, and for exploring new projects in Northampton and Corby.

Pete has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry focusing on property development, regeneration, asset management and funding.  He was previously an Associate Director at project finance and regeneration specialists, ABROS, where he led the Regeneration and Property Team and Development Director at Leicester Regeneration Company (a URC) leading project delivery of a number of high profile schemes within the city.  Prior to this he worked in the Republic of Ireland with Shannon Development, leading the asset management and development of its €200 million industrial and office portfolio.  He also worked for Manchester Airport plc as property development manager undertaking development and asset management of the non-operational property portfolio.

Pete is a Professional Competence Assessor for the RICS in Property Investment and Planning and Development and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Peter is responsible for development projects in Leicester and Derby.

In Leicester he is leading the development of the Digital Media Centre, a joint venture with Leicester City Council in the St George's area of the city centre.  The scheme is currently on site under construction, due to complete in 2009.  It will provide Leicester with a brand new digital arts cinema, studio and workshop space for creative media companies, and over 60 high quality new homes on the upper floors.  It will be Blueprint's first scheme at St George's, with more being planned.

In Derby, Peter is bringing forward our Sadler Square scheme, a mixed use project in the historic Cathedral Quarter of the city.  The scheme has been granted planning consent for the development of Category A office space, retail, leisure and new homes.  It will be on site in 2009.

Peter is a chartered quantity surveyor with over twenty years experience in the construction and commercial property development sectors.  He has built up considerable experience of delivering regeneration projects through public / private partnerships, most recently at Sheffield One (Sheffield's URC) where he had overall responsibility for delivery of the City's seven masterplan projects. He also took the lead on working with the City Council to establish the new city wide regeneration company, Creative Sheffield.

Nick is the Chief Executive of Blueprint.  He has over 25 years experience of regeneration and development.  He was previously one of the founder members of Innes England consulting surveyors and trained initially with the Valuation Office.  He has an honours degree in Philosophy and Theology.

Nick is a Special Professor in the University of Nottingham architecture school, and a board member of Nottingham Regeneration Ltd, the Broadway Cinema, Greater Nottingham Partnership, the National Ice Arena and Derwent Housing Association.

He has recently taken up yoga and can occasionally be found in contorted postures.

        Alec having joined Blueprint in January 2007 after successfully completing an MA in Property Development and Management at the Nottingham Trent University. For his dissertation Alec focused on the importance of sustainability in property investment decisions.  

        Alec is currently working towards his APC to become a fully qualified member of the RICS.

Sylvia is responsible for Blueprint's Nottingham Science Park project, with two buildings already complete - the 60,000 sq ft Castle College / Toyota building and No.1 Nottingham Science Park, a speculatively developed building of around 40,000 sq ft aimed at science, technology and R&D companies.  Further development on the park will follow.

Sylvia is a Development Surveyor with twenty years experience of working with both the public and the private sector.  She has joined Bluepirnt in 2006 following 14 years as Senior Partner at Hargreaves Cronshaw Urban Regeneration and Development Surveyors.

Sylvia has extensive experience of regeneration having worked on the regeneration of Hulme and Moss Side, New East Manchester and Ancoats Urban Village.  She is a past member of the RICS Regeneration Panel.

John is currently responsible for projects in Nottingham (the Green Street eco-housing scheme at The Embankment in the Meadows, and the specialist Nottingham MediPark scheme near the Queen's Medical Centre) and the 600,000 sq ft+ Northgate Riverside mixed use scheme at Leicester's Waterside.

John has public and private sector experience and, notwithstanding two left feet, is a board member of Dance4, a Nottingham based creative industry.

Paul is responsible for Blueprint's Leicester Waterside project and for exploring new opportunities in Lincoln.

Following a period in local government planning, Paul worked in development management with some of the UK's largest house building companies, particularly involved with housing led regeneration, reaching regional director status.  He worked in many partnership arrangements with the public sector, including an SRB management group where he chaired the housing sub group with local resident involvement.

Paul has worked for the Urban Villages Forum and Prince of Wales Foundation where he led on various mixed use regeneration projects as part of the 'Making Mixed Use Happen' initiative with English Partnerships.  While at the Foundation he was a Board member of two Urban Village companies at Little Germany in Bradford and Ancoats in Manchester and led a visioning exercise involving local stakeholders for Northwich Town Centre.  Prior to that Paul was Regeneration Manager at Amec Developments.
