Peter is responsible for Phoenix Square, Leicester and Sadler Square, Derby.  He is a chartered quantity surveyor by background with over twenty years' experience in the construction and commercial property development sectors.  He has built up considerable experience of delivering regeneration projects through public / private partnerships, most recently at Sheffield One (Sheffield's URC) where he took responsibility for the City's seven masterplan projects and working with the City Council to establish Creative Sheffield.
