Blueprint is working with private sector partner Igloo to develop a green leasing policy that will help to ensure the ongoing occupational sustainability of our building and also attract energy conscious tenants.

The objective is to give occupants in our developments the benefit of our expertise on sustainability, to create a partnership between landlord and tenant that encourages everyone to behave sustainably. Ultimately, it’s about creating greener environments in which to live and work, and saving people money on energy bills.
