Sadler Square, Derby
Sadler Square, Derby. A classic Blueprint development - mixed use, design led, innovative property types - making new markets and new places. The scheme occupies a significant area of Derby city centre, close to Derby Cathedral in an area known as the "Cathedral Quarter" or St Georges.
In Detail Back 
The Sadler Square Development has been designed to act as the catalyst for the regeneration of the wider area. It will help establish St Georges / The Cathedral Quarter as the cultural quarter of the City. Blueprint have been working closely on the project with Derby Cityscape and the City Council.
The scheme, which is the brainchild of architects Ash Sakula, will bring top quality retail, residential and leisure space to the historic heart of Derby City Centre.
