A Blueprint for the Future: Watch this space
2012 is off to a great start for us, with exciting new ventures on the way. In Nottingham, were working on plans for more urban eco-homes projects similar to Green Street, and a groundbreaking mixed use project at Carlton Road which we will announce in a few weeks.
We are also looking to bring forward a scheme in Derby, again watch out for more details.
And in Leicester, were engaging with local stakeholders and the market place to bring forward a development on brownfield land adjoining Phoenix Square. More later in the year.
