Over 150 Homebuyers Attend River Home Launch at Trent Basin

Nottingham’s newest waterside neighbourhood, Trent Basin, witnessed its busiest opening event to date at the weekend, welcoming more than 150 homebuyers to its riverside show home launch.

During the special two–day event, eight of the most eagerly anticipated waterfront homes were released for sale by Trent Basin’s award-winning developers, Blueprint Regeneration and sales agents, FHP Living and Royston and Lund. Families, downsizers and first-time buyers came from as far afield as Huddersfield in Yorkshire, to view the stunning new three-storey show home for the first time.

With Summer just around the corner, the show home’s south-facing roof terrace and unique winter garden, which both provide spectacular views of the Hook Nature Reserve, proved to be a fantastic selling point. In addition, visitors were able to view the only Penthouse apartment, the last remaining Mews house and the European-inspired Townhouses on Trent Lane. The striking four floor Tower House was also released for sale with visitors able to admire its one-off design architecture.
