New Project: Trent Basin, Nottingham Waterside

Working with HCA and Nottingham Regeneration Limited plans are emerging to create a new high-quality, low-energy residential neighbourhood on the banks of the River Trent. Specialist urban designers, Urbed, are working with us to masterplan the 8 acre site surrounding Nottingham’s historic Trent Basin, supported by Gleeds and BWB among others.
